Visit two local farms, meet the farmers, hear about our sustainable practices. At Highfield Farm Creamery, the only cheesemakers in the Geneva Lakes area, we make cave-aged cheeses from the milk of our small herd of grass-fed Jersey cows. Alden Hills Organic Farm raises grass-fed beef and chicken, along with laying hens. Cheese, beef, chicken, and eggs will be available for purchase.
