The latest fashions combined with adorable, adoptable dogs are sure to be a hit when Clear Waters Salon Spa celebrates its 15th anniversary in May. According to Clear Waters’ co-owners Dawn Marie Mancuso and Jennifer Veith, plans are underway to mark this important milestone with a fashion show that has a fun twist. “We hope to have several well-behaved canines [from the animal shelter] walk the fashion show runway with our gorgeous models,” Mancuso explains.

The anniversary celebration is scheduled for Friday, May 15 in the Wood Boat Room at Pier 290 in Williams Bay. “It’s going to be about having fun, getting ready for summer with new wardrobe ideas and giving back to our community by donating event proceeds to Lakeland Animal Shelter,” Mancuso adds.

Fashions for the event will represent several local boutiques as well as the summer 2020 collection from famed Chicago designer Peach Carr, who has had several appearances on the popular TV show “Project Runway.” According to Mancuso, Carr has also agreed to be the emcee for the event.

At press time, Mancuso and Veith were seeking donations for six themed gift baskets that will be on display starting May 1 at Clear Waters Salon Spa locations in Williams Bay and Lake Geneva. Raffle tickets for the baskets will be on sale for $5 or five tickets for $20; winning tickets will be drawn at the anniversary event.

The evening of fun and fashion gets underway with cocktails, hors d’oeuvres and live music at 5 p.m. General admission is $50 and VIP admission is $100.
