Ninety-one years ago, Albert Einstein came to America for the first time and according to local legend, which may or may not be true, the Nobel Prize-winning scientist asked to see just two places in the United States – Niagra Falls in New York and Yerkes Observatory in Williams Bay, WI.

Roast Beef and Yorkshire Pudding

Thousands of pubs in Great Britain, especially those outside London, offer a “Sunday Lunch” each week. The main feature is a standing rib roast, which is always accompanied by Yorkshire pudding and amazingly crunchy roast potatoes. You always get a nice dessert (also called a “pudding”) and plenty of liquid libations.
