It wasn’t quite the wedding day Christine and Nolan had imagined, but their downsized celebration due to the pandemic was still filled with love, laughter, family and friends. As a nurse at Madison’s St. Mary’s Hospital, with strict safety protocols to follow, Christine found Rosewood’s “one-stop wedding shop” was the perfect fit. The seamless planning process was due in large part to the venue’s menu of services from an in-house florist to incredible farm-to-table cuisine. And although her beloved grandmother wasn’t able to attend, Christine kept her close with cherished keepsakes like a special locket and her wedding day garter. During the ceremony, the couple blended soil from their childhood homes with a jade plant grown from cuttings given to them by Christine’s grandmother. The original plant stood throughout her grandparents’ marriage, and to Christine and Nolan it represents life, love and longevity.
