Infused Honey Class

Join us to discuss the benefits of infusing honey and how to make it. In this program taught by Janette Neal-Zopp, This & That Farm Studio, you will taste raw honey from different regions (Elkhorn, Chicago, Tennessee, and Georgia) and even different countries, like Australia! You’ll also taste different infused honey and sample drinks made from them. In addition, you will make one jar of infused honey to take home and enjoy. Additional honey and herbs will be available for purchase.
Registration fee: $20, Material fee $30 payable to Janette the day of the class. Registration closes 9/21.
